Bob and I are now working on INHERIT THE WIND at LTOB. Also, the director from last nights show asked me to be on stand by for 2 shows-MAJOR BARBARA and BELINDA. I will get the official word soon and I hope I truly get both. Have a great day and remember GOD LOVES YOU!

She got sick while she was at work (she is a teacher). As for tonight, we will see. I did enjoy doing it being sick. Have a great day and remember GOD LOVES YOU!! Willie is here! He is adorable but a handful and yes-spoiled rotten already. We had a good night last night as he did not wake up until I got up and then of course he wanted to play. So I got him outside and then we came back in played and fell back asleep on the couch. It is like having a child in the house but we love him and he is ours! Bob had his auditions for HARVEY and he has a great cast. Take care and we will see you soon!

I am so excited!!! Last night LTOB held their annual awards banquet! My husband won an outstanding award for directing "Blithe Spirit" and I won the audience choice award for the show I was in-"The Shirt Off His Back". We are both very thankful and appreciative of receiving these awards. I also won various other awards along with many other people in the theatre. My dear friend Mony also won an audience choice award for "Blithe Spirit". We pick up the new addition to the family next week. I will blog again soon!

Exciting news!!! I got cast in two shows and very thankful!!! I am in the production of "The Shirt Off His Back". I received the part 0f Ethel Henderson. Bread and Circus Theatre had auditions for their whole season. I was planning to go Wednesday April 29th but did not make it to the auditions because I got behind schedule and it just took me for a loop. I called Mony and Howard Carpenter to let them know. Mony said she would give my info to the directors and if they could not fill all the roles in the shows, they may call me. Well, yesterday I recieved a call from one of the directorsand she offered me the role of Clara in the show "Hay Fever". She made my day! I asked if she needed to meet with me and she said it was not necessary. She had talked to Mony and Howard and also, she knows my husband Bob. Needless to say, this was very exciting for me and I do truly thankful to God for this! Have a great day!!

I hope everyone had a good Easter and celebrated it for the true reason for the season. I have auditions coming up and look forward to it. My husband has 2 shows coming up that he will be directing. "Harvey" and "Inherit The Wind". Two great shows! We went to a very dear friends house for dinner and had a great time and great food. It was such a pleasant day and the weather could not have been more ideal. Well, our puppy may not be. It turns out she may not be pregnant after all. The timing was off but the breeder is going to try it again in a couple of weeks and hopefully it will happen this time. She will keep us informed. Well, that's about it for now. Take care and see you soon!

Well-the Oscars have come and gone. I thought Hugh Jackman did a great job as host. Congraqts to all the winners! Viola Davis looked lovely along with Heidi Klum, Reese Witherspoon, Amy Adams to name just a few. I like Sarah Jessica Parker but I did not like her gown. Hugh Jackman looked handsom in his tux as well as Daniel Craig among many others. Queen Latifa looked beautiful and I enjoyed the song she sang when they showed pictures of the ones who have passed on. I was glad to see Jerry Lewis receive his award-I have always enjoyed his work and I appreciate what he is doing with MD (Jerry's Kids), I wish him well. Kate Winslet-looked lovely and has a terrific year in store for her. Sean Penn-Congrats! "Slum Dog Millionaire"-Congrats! More movies to come-and yes, I would love to do a movie and stand up there and receive an Oscar. Until next year-have a great day!

Somewhere Over The Rainbow

Hi everyone! Welcome to "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"! This is one of my favorite songs and I am a fan of Judy Garland. I love movies, theatre and television. I have many favorites and it is like eating Lays potato chips-you can't eat just one. My all time favorite movie is "Casablanca" and I could list a few more. My favorite actors are Harrison Ford, Paul Newman and Humphrey Bogart. Would you believe that I watch WWE and I am related to Jack Bunny? For me to know and you to find out (ha-ha). Have a great day everyone and look forward to hearing from you.
